The Sixteen
Sixteen women from across Trinidad and Tobago arrive with the same ambition and wildly different starting points. In their own words: where they come from, what they've survived, and why a crown means what it means to each of them.

Passarella
Training begins. The walk, the posture, the choreography — and a choreographer trying to build one routine for sixteen different skill levels. The glamour stops here. What's left is repetition, correction, and doing it again.

Beyond the stage, the delegates are asked to stand for something. Advocacy training on gender-based violence, a runway challenge in the field, and the growing realisation that the title is a platform before it's a prize.

Final Week
An empty ballroom becomes a stage. Rehearsals run long, nerves surface, and the opening number comes together. The last days before sixteen women find out where six months of work actually lands.
